I booked a king-size bed, but upon arrival, I was switched to two queens. The front desk explained that “Expedia, as a third-party, has no control over their room assignments.” I’ve been an Expedia member all my life, and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed—I’ve always had great experiences before and never expected to encounter this.
There were two front desk staff members: one was a trainee, and the other simply said there were no king rooms available, offering only to refund and cancel my reservation. That kind of response feels dishonest and unhelpful.
On top of that, the property itself is poorly managed—the carpet looks filthy and outdated. I’m not sorry to say this will be my last time staying here, and I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
