Clean room but some things need consideration- the wooden shutters on the windows do not close easily, the shower exterior needs a deep clean

The breakfast was great, and the room had everything advertised, but the coffee machine didn't work at all – which I reported to reception, and they didn't fix. The floor was carpeted and simply dirty. £300 for two nights with a view of Tower Bridge should have been in a nicer room. Such a high price doesn't reflect the standard of the room. The view is beautiful, but the rest (which is all on your end) needs work :D

Our room was very small - we walked into the bed, and had no where to store luggage except for under the bed. I would upgrade to a larger room here, or go to the nearby Brit Hotels.

Clean and staff was good

Terrible noise from their pub below meant a bad nights sleep. Not what you want when in London for work. Get a high floor room to avoid the noise.

Easy check-in and checkout. Clean and spacious room, good restaurant and bar service.
