During our stay the neighbors were loud, talking loudly and playing music. They appeared to be prostitutes. Cars driving in and out.

Should have slept in the car

The room was dirty and in need of repair. The coffee cups in the room were used, there were no baseboards on the walls, and the bedding had blood stains

A nice place to stay!

Fast friendly check in. Clean quiet room. The breakfast is declining because the owner is going to stop it. There will be no more free breakfast.

Room walls and doors dirty, very noisey in the morning. Can hear staff talking, laughing and rolling a cart thats very loud. Charged us 10 for a small wash cloth that was just dirty. Said they ran water on it and triedbusing soap by hand. Ridiculus. Will never stay there again.

our stay was fine until the morning. breakfast was sorely disappointing. it was scheduled until 9 am and we went at 8:15 and all there was was potatoes, white sandwich bread slices, and water!

Know that the description of this property on Expedia is NOT ACCURATE! They list tempurpedic beds - this is a lie. The room lists a microwave - this is a lie. The room was filthy and the bedding had stains. We brought this to the attention of the hotel and were told it has been reported to Expedia and they refuse to update the listing! Beware! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. The star rating does not reflect the actual property!

Our room seemed very small. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy but we thankfully didn’t have any issues. They did offer continental breakfast which was a good way to start our day!

Multiple issues with this property. I stayed for 8 nights and housekeeping came only once even though I was told they’d come every other day. There are bugs in the room (tiny roaches and flies). The bathroom has a weird smell. The walls are so thin that I could hear people talking (in a normal voice) next door. I couldn’t sleep 2 nights because people were being loud. Finally, the area is a bit iffy (there is a gas station next door with sketchy individuals hanging out there, not to mention the police and ambulance which showed up on the parking lot one afternoon).

They charged me for 2 nights even that my partner and I never stayed. We talk to the front desk and they agreed not to charge anything for the cancellation

Even though had reserved a mobility accessible room they still only had one room of that type but with no fridge and no working TV. The lights in the bathroom were not at the entrance, but tucked farther in so walking in at night was potentially dangerous. No eggs at breakfast to have with the sausage and potatoes. No black tea with caffeine. But the price was right once they got the billing correct.
