Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late summer. The room was clean and warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was aware that they are not available 24 hours and the automated “Help” was not helpful. Easy parking available very close to the slopes. The only negative was when it says kitchen it’s really a kitchenette with no stove.

Our primer suite room had everything we needed on short notice. Our bed was comfortable and sofa plus Smart TV was nice. The jacuzzi was packed so go early.

This is a terrible place. Very dirty with stains on our towel. Dust everywhere. We had to leave a day earlier because of the condition of the room, and the management refused to even give us a credit for that night. Terrible parking situation. No indoor parking, and even the outdoor parkings were all taken.
