INTRODUCTION:

My deluxe king studio is situated inside the Westin Monache Resort, the newest and only luxury hotel in town. The location is perfect for your year-round getaway to the Sierras and the town of Mammoth. The Village gondola is about 70-80 steps away and it takes you to Canyon lodge for skiing. If you don't want to take the gondola back down, you can ski back to the village through the ski back trail. Ski rental equipment is available in the ski shop on the lower lobby (LL) level.

WESTIN's POOL WILL BE RESURFACED 9/2/25-9/23/25 (APPROX). DURING THIS PERIOD, GUESTS CAN USE THE VILLAGE LODGE POOL LOCATED AT 1111 FOREST TRAIL, MAMMOTH.

In the summer, the mountain bike tram picks up in front of the gondola or you can take the free Red Trolley that takes you around the town of Mammoth and the Lakes Basin.

Once you park in the free underground parking lot, you won't need your car again. Being at the Village you are in the hub of everything: gondola, shops, restaurants, ski and bike rentals, and free shuttles through town and to Lakes Basin.
Amenities such as year-round heated saline pool (with poolside dining available through White Bark Restaurant), hot tubs, 24 hour fitness center, BBQ grills, coin-operated laundry room, free hotel wifi, and FREE secure underground parking are available without a resort fee. Since you are booking direct, you WILL NOT have front desk access, daily housekeeping (but can be arranged for a fee), or room service dining. However, the Whitebark Restaurant is downstairs in the building and you can phone in your take out order. Please reach out if you have an oversize vehicle. The Westin garage is unable to accommodate oversized vehicles but there is a paid parking lot nearby.

THE SPACE:
My studio condo overlooks the village. It has a maximum occupancy of 4.

Inside my condo, you'll find a stocked kitchenette, with a double stove top burner, mini fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. The room has a king size bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Room also has a flat screen LCD TV and cable.

Check in is after 4 pm. Check out is by 10 am.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Your reservation includes the departure cleaning only. Daily housekeeping, mid-stay service, or towel service are all available for a fee. The condo is stocked with a minimum of 4 sets of bath towels. If you intend on using the pool or jacuzzi, please bring your own pool towels. The windows in the condo do not open. Pictures do not reflect new flooring.

My condo is about 31 miles to Tioga Pass, the road to the east entrance of Yosemite National Park. The Tioga Pass is open during summer months only.

Room keys are not disposable. I will need them for the next guest. Lost or unreturned keys are charged $20 each. Lost or unreturned parking permits are charged $50.

I have a seasonal locker at Canyon Lodge that guests may use to store equipment during their stay. My condo is not managed by the hotel and you are booking directly from the owner so please do not go to the front desk. I will be available to provide support during your stay.

Pets are welcome with pre-approval from owner. Please reach out if you are bringing pets. The pet fee is $100 per reservation (not per day).
