The worst I’ve ever stayed at. Horrible service, staff, and dirty room. My 3 year old daughter got bedbug bites as soon as we walked in the room and laid on the bed. It also took the staff 2 days to bring the mini fridge to the room. Terrible hotel for the hype and price they charge.

I recently stayed at 1 Hotel South Beach and it completely exceeded expectations. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is different—in the best way possible. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room touches like robes, slippers, and eco-friendly amenities made it feel like a true luxury escape rather than just a hotel stay. The service matched the environment—professional, attentive, and never overbearing. Every interaction felt smooth and genuine, which is rare. The pool and beach setup are easily some of the best in South Beach. Plenty of space, great energy, and a perfect balance between relaxing and lively. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind during the day and still feel like you’re part of something upscale and social. What really sets this hotel apart is the vibe. It’s luxury without being flashy. Everything feels curated, modern, and intentional. If you’re looking for a place that feels high-end but still comfortable and grounded, this is it. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Miami, and this one stands out. I’d come back without hesitation.

The staff is amazing, the beach views are breathtaking and I would highly recommend! Despite having some issues, the staff worked to resolve it which is why I recommend and plan to stay again!

Everything thing was great, except we couldn’t charge our phones in our room. Not in the lobby either. We weren’t able to charge our phones. The made it impossible to capture memories. The receptionist finally find an outlet behind the desk that could change our phones. We bought new chargers and they just wouldn’t charge in our room or the lobby. Great location.
