The area was good and the location of the hotel was excellent

The hotel is poorly run. The umbrella from the pool area fell and hit my 3 year old. It was reported to staff and they refused to do anything about it. The shower curtains were extremely short thus allowing water from the shower to fall on the floor so not only there was a pool outside but inside The room as well. At check out I was charged extra fees that I didn’t know about. I would never stay here again.

Expensive food service and bar...$21 glass of wine with no offer for happy hour which i learned took place during my time in place. Lentil soup had no lentils...was a bisque. Unappetizing. 20 % service charge and then a notice for a tip!!

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, comfortable, and the service was attentive and efficient. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection. The room was spotless, stylish, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. I cant wait to return!

Good clean property, just a little expensive for not that many ammenities.
