The room had a horrendous smell and the bathroom was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned so I went to the desk to tell them he said he’d send someone to clean it. Well nobody ever came to clean the bathroom or bring towels and we had no remote to the tv so I asked if he could find us one he said he’d have someone bring us one that didn’t happen either! This is a horrible hotel and the desk staff was overlwelmed and by himself and clearly had no idea how to handle what was going on as there were three more families behind me lined up with complaints

The first room we were given wasn’t clean after the guests previous to is left there were dirty towels dirty toilet garbage in the bins and the bed was not made ,had to go back to the front desk and was given another room this room wasn’t bad but it had ltd amenities there was no soap in th e bathroom just empty bottles
