Our room was not cleaned on the 2nd night of our 3 nights stay. The cleaner did not speak or understand English, probably the language barrier caused the issue. The hotel should make english a mandatory language for all staff.

We received 2 towels, with 4 people booked. I went to front desk to ask for more, but she told me there were none available. Pillows were smaller than standard, yet only 1 pillow per person. There were no phones in the room to call front desk. TV was small and on a small dresser. The dresser was so low you could barely see the TV from the beds. The dresser, with two drawers, had garbage in one and the other was full of plastic shopping bags. There was rust in the bathroom. The wall was splitting. Toilet was too low. Inside of toilet was dirty. One of our two room keys did not work.

MOST IMPORTANTLY THERE WAS NO PHONE IN THE ROOM AND WE HAD TO DISCOVER THAT OURSELVES WHEN WE ENTERED THE ROOM; WE WERE NOT TOLD IN ADVANCE. ADDITIONAL ISSUES - Overall the entire property was shabby and dirty - Door to the room wouldn't open unless kicked - No TV remote in the room; asked for replacement and the replacement didn't work either - TV not working properly; the channel selected was not the one that came up - Was not told, and there was no sign or notice to indicate, that the thermostat/temperature control on the wall did not operate the HVA system. (The we had to discover for ourselves that system was operated at the unit itself.) I'm a business traveler and spend many nights a year in hotel rooms. I can honestly say that this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Shuttle Driver and Front Desk personnel were courteous and professional. Breakfast was okay. Bed very comfortable. The hallways and elevator need CLEANING very badly. Room needed some small updates / repairs. Okay for one night before flight out. Location to Airport very good.

I know they didn’t expect the storm to be an issue but check in took forever. The second day we saw roaches in our room. The third day the power was out so no coffee or hot water. Took asking the front desk 3 times that our tv wasn’t working when we checked in finally at 9 PM someone came ended up having to get us a different television. So no I won’t be staying there again.
