No room for us

After a flight delay, we arrived at 2am. I had called ahead and was told there was a room for us. When we arrived, the room that we had booked (2 double beds) was not available for myself, my wife and 2 teenage children. We were told that we could upgrade to a king with a pullout sofa for $258. I asked to speak to the manager; the receptionist disappeared and then started lying to me. It was the worst experience. We ended up walking around at 2:45am to neighboring hotels trying to find a room to sleep in.

The hotel is built as being an airport hotel the room felt like it was at the end of the runway, extremely noisy.

The stay was horrible! So loud , you can’t even sleep because of the airplanes and you can literally hear the noise from other rooms, thin wall. Other than that, there was a huge cockroach that we could kill and so filthy under the bed. Don’t recommend staying here ! My stay was the same price as other better hotels but I needed the location.

It’s an old property and not maintained well. The staffs are rude especially the lady receptionist- elderly lady at the desk. She was very rude! The cleanliness is next to zero! I will never go to this property anymore also never a la Quinton property!

Almost the money's worth but some fails cause deme

The hotel is very convenient and reasonablely priced so my expectations are in line with that. The TV didn’t work. Housekeeping tried to rectify it. I gave up and read a book. The shuttle only leaves on the hour. Breakfast starts at 6 am. Unless you can leave at 7 am, you cannot consider breakfast as included. I had to leave by 6 am. I feel like this isn't coincidence as the shuttle could leave every hour on the half. I needed to speak with someone at the desk while waiting for the shuttle and hung around for 20 or 30 minutes without anyone showing up at the front desk.

When I arrived at the airport, I called LaQuinta and asked about the shuttle. The customer service representative stated that they did not have one, and that the company has been trying to get it off its website. We requested an Uber that was $22.00 to get to the hotel. When we arrived to the hotel, we noticed that the sign says that the transportation was for the cruise purposes just like the gentleman stated last night. When we entered the room we noticed that there was no remote for the tv. When we tried to call the front desk and let them know, there was no phone inside the room. By this time, we are just out done. With 30 mins to check out, someone finally comes to switch the tv to one that is working with a remote. When I mentioned my concern this morning, the young lady was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. Her professionalism is what helped me from 1 Star to 3. She deserves 5 stars. I greatly appreciate her kindness.

The room was incredibly dusty, and the bathroom had a musty smell. The towels were stained and the bedsheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are small and the service is poor Staff was smoking near elevators even though hotel has no smoking banners everywhere. Door entry cards were not working and we had to replace 5 times a day.

It felt like it was a cover for a money laundering business. Nothing professional or clean. I think migrants lived in some of the rooms. We found a camera clipped to the lampshade facing the bed. Disgusting!
