Room is average size, bed is king size and spacious. Complimentary airport shuttle is a plus and cruise terminal shuttle (at cost), is convenient. Breakfast could be better, more healthy choices. Front desk helped with printing documents.

Rooms are not clean. TV doesn't work. Lights next to bed doesn't work. Elevator seemed like going to breakdown with electrical tapes and zip tie holding the switch board. The corridor was very dirty and smelly. Whole aesthetic of the accommodation was bad. Finding parking was also a nightmare. Not good.

The pictures online were misleading and not found in the room. The Front desk staff were not friendly. The phone in the room was not working. When I called directly to the front, nobody answered the phone. Also, the toilet stopped flushing. Did not have a good experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was a little run down and not the cleanest. AC was busted. Seemed like the whole hotel was short on pillows. we started with zero got three and got lucky enough to get two more for a total of five (we had four adults in the room) Continental breakfast was smaller than most La Quinta's that i have stayed at.

We had to kill a roach in the room crawling on the wall. The furniture needs to be replaced (poor condition) and they did not have wash cloths for us or in the hotel itself. The shuttle was in repair and I had to pay to get back to the airport. Truly a bad experience and the saying goes, "You get what you pay for."

Breakfast consisted of dried up apples and bread and scrambled eggs. Floors are very dirty. My first room had no ac and bed sheets were dirty. This location is where the planes fly over so you will hear that all night. The key access to the rooms are old and it was not easy to get into the rooms. It takes several tries to get into the room. I do not recommend this place
