We didn’t like the room they gave us and also they were very rude when we asked for towels and rags. The ice machine also had bugs . Eww

I arrived at the airport and went up to wait for the shuttle at 5:15pm I called them and asked what time the next shuttle was and they said 6:00pm. I was exhausted after traveling for 2 days and I didn’t want to wait that long so I asked if they could send it sooner since the hotel is less than 10 minutes away. The guy said yes his driver would be back as soon as he could but allow some time for traffic, so I said okay. The driver didn’t get back to the airport until 6:10…I stood there for almost an hour, if I would have known it would have taken that long I would’ve just paid the $10 for an uber but the guy at the desk told me he would be back before 6:00 so I waited and I saw all the other hotel shuttles pass by 2-4 times in that time frame. And when my shuttle finally did arrive I was not helped with my baggage at all, he just watched me struggle to pull my suitcases inside the bus. Inside the hotel the room was nice enough except I didn’t get any hand soap and there wasn’t really outlets by the bed unless you pulled the nightstands out. But I’m giving them 2 stars because the bed was really comfortable.

I paid for a king size bed, I was given to queen size beds. The air conditioning wasn’t working in the room when I requested the room that I paid for they said they had none available. I had to argue at the front desk for them to switch my room to a king size room when I got that room it wasn’t clean. I had to cockroaches in the bathroom. I had just gotten in surgery so I needed the recliner to work the recliner was broken. worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone.
