It was such a beautiful and heartwarming experience — from the welcoming atmosphere to the kindness of the employees. The place was spotless, truly one of the cleanest stays I’ve ever experienced. Out of all my years of traveling, this has been the most comfortable stay of my life. The bed was unbelievably cozy — the blankets, sheets, and pillows felt absolutely heavenly. The room was thoughtfully set up with everything you could need — coffee, water, a microwave, refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The layout was so well-designed that it felt more like being at home or in a cozy apartment than in a hotel. The shower was refreshing, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and even the lighting added to the warm, peaceful vibe. Everything was super clean, smelled amazing, and created a sense of calm. What made it even better was how convenient the location was — just off the freeway, close to restaurants, and walking distance to nearby stores. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. It was truly a beautiful stay in every way.

I had a great experience thanks to Rishi! He was very fast, consistent, and went above and beyond to work with my timing. I was even able to keep the same room with a different reservation because of his help. Since I was new to the location, I didn’t really know what to do, but Rishi guided me through everything and made the process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service — truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness!

Not terrible, but I wouldn't stay here again. The room is small. My roommate and I were tripping over each other constantly just to move around. The ice machine on the ground floor was broken. We stayed 2 nights, and when we asked for fresh towels the 2nd day, they were out. A motel was out of towels. They said they'd do a load the next morning at 9am, but we were checking out at 8am. The shower, sink, and toilet were clean, but the floor was not (bare floor, needed mopping, we kept our socks on), the lampshade was covered in a heavy layer of dust and grime, and there were old orange peels and plastic bags left in the drawers from previous guests. The shower curtain rod was not attached to the wall, it was just a tension rod, but it wasnt at proper tension and kept falling down. Overall, I never felt unsafe, the AC worked, and the bed was comfortable, but the room overall was not comfortable and I would try someplace else next time.

Husband woke up in the middle of the night bit up from bed bugs and was switched rooms and woke up to roaches all over the room very dirty place do not recommend at all

Felt like motel then a hotel. Quite a few people hanging out outside smoking weed, and someone urinating in the bushes. Got into the room and the top cover had a cigarette ash burned hole in it. The cherry on top were the roaches running around in the restroom and the roach poop was were in certain spots.

The hotel had roaches in the bed, floor and walls. It was very disturbing and I'll never go there again!
