We had a delightful stay at Olympia Lodge. The neighborhood was fantastic with easy access to the beach and nightly sunsets. The Lodge was conveniently located and our second floor corner room had view of the ocean and sunset. The room was very clean and spacious.

Liked the balcony. Bed was just ok. Not a lot of heat output from the tiny wall electric heater which was inadequately sized for the room. Liked the plantation shutters but they didn’t adequately block out the balcony lights that cannot be switched off by guests. Room was clean.

Staff and room were great! Location was nice with a restaurant next door. I could see the parking could be a challenge if you got in late & the wifi wasn't great but I would stay again!

The room was peaceful and inviting. Wood beams, high ceilings and a comfortable bed. I saw a few monarchs from my balcony and had a partial ocean view that felt very private. Well worth the price.

Everything was fine. I would say it would be nice if a bit more was included in the breakfast and if the heater was more up to date but other than that for the price, I would say it was decent and would recommend for anyone else to stay if they are looking on the cheaper side of lodging in Monterey.

Very welcoming staff. The room was nice and the view from the balcony was beautiful, we could see the ocean! Bed was firm (not a complaint, just a noticing for people that like or do not like it). We would come back!

Property was nice, interior of room kind of shappy~ No parking in lot, had to park on street, which was not a big deal. Overall we would stay there again, the price was good & we love the area, like your in the forest & walking distance to the ocean
