Property was perfect for my overnight stay while traveling. Grounds were very clean and had ample parking. The room was very nice. I had the King room with sofa bed. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. The bathroom was very nice with a full sized walkin shower. Toiletries were available in hanging dispensers. The area around the Inn had a variety of restaurants and shops. The only con was the ice maker was broken so you had to go to the office for ice. I would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here several times before and enjoy having a nice pet friendly place to stay. They have remodeled since our last stay and it is even better. There are also a couple good restaurants in town that we liked.

Rooms are great. The guy checking us in was super friendly. Restaurant we ate at (Pipeline Bar & Grill) was very good. But the town seems to shut down around 8:00pm.

Our room was immaculately clean and looked like it had just been remodeled. The bedding was very comfortable and the towels were fluffy. The key code system made access easy and smooth. Great stay! We would definitely return.

I’ve stayed at so many establishments and this one by far was one of my favorites. Beds comfortable, extra pillows and towels. They had full wash amenities in the shower! Our front desk lady was name Topaz and she gave excellent above and beyond service. Checkout was smooth!!!! Loved the keyless entry as well. Definitely can’t talk more highly of this establishment and their staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

This property was very nice. It was clean. The service desk was very nice and greeted me for my birthday. My only complaint was that the walls seem to be thin. The hotel staff came to our room and said that our neighbors complaint about the talking and we were surprised because we had no music, no TV on, no yelling just plain talking. This was conveniently located to surrounding town. I would recommend anybody having a getaway to Shasta to stay at this hotel just be quiet :) Please visit Yaks they have great coffee!

Ski trip

The staff and the convenience of the Inn at Mount Shasta keeps it as our go-to place when we ski in Shasta. The only downside to staying in Shasta, any hotel, is that trains come through at night and if you are a light sleeper or unfamiliar sounds get to you, be aware.
