The front desk people were really helpful and kind. The room was clean and the beds, a little soft, but okay. Bathroom door needs to be fixed as it’s ripping up the floor. Heater was loud as was the refrigerator which we unplugged. The shower felt great! I liked the shampoo and conditioner too. The reason for the three stars is the paper thin walls where you can hear everything and the guests right above us who stomped around all night and I mean all night. I gave up on sleep around 4:30 am. Took a shower, woke my husband, got in the car and left. I had wanted to have a leisurely morning but knowing I was not going to get any sleep and with a 5 hour drive ahead of us, I just gave up and drove home. Very frustrating. Not sure I would stay there again.

Room was nice and spacious, only issue I had was the shower/tub the shower head was leaking and had what I assume to be green mold on the shower head and where the leak was, the floor of the tub also had a indentation so the water doesn't all drain. I had to scrub the tub floor in order to take a bath. Other than that the place was ok.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable except the sheets were tucked in too far and didn't extend adequately toward the head of the bed. Staff were very friendly. Location is pretty quiet. This is a good place to stay in Mt. Shasta.

Topaz in the office was amazing! She really helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was comfortable, could have used some love in a few areas to really bring it to that next level but I wouldn’t complain at all nor would I hesitate to stay there again when we pass through.

Cozy and quiet except for noisy traffic and somewhat thin walls. Really liked the bathroom soaps, but not enough coffee products (just two pods and no tea). Awkward stairwells. But the interior design was lovely and there was a generous living area with a sofa, plus a gas fire circle outside (real wood would be better!).
