I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding my check-in experience. Upon arriving in the late evening, I was surprised to find no staff present at the reception desk. This lack of availability made the process feel impersonal and more akin to checking into a hostel rather than a hotel. As a guest, I value the warmth and professionalism of a welcoming reception, especially after a long day of travel from LA. While I understand that staffing challenges may arise, I believe having at least a representative available during check-in hours would greatly enhance the guest experience. It not only ensures a smooth arrival process but also reinforces the sense of hospitality that distinguishes hotels from other types of accommodations. I truly appreciate the other aspects of my stay, but I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

The rooms were a comfortable size, but despite being renovated, there were some details in our room that seemed dated. For example, the AC unit was older and quite loud. The room also tended to be humid and the restroom/shower area was small. The toilet was also low to the ground. The cleaning services were great, but there is room for improvement in terms of front staff helpfulness and friendliness. For example, we had to call the front desk multiple times for requests bc there was no answer or items weren’t sent up. During the breakfast service, it took a while to be acknowledged and given a menu. Then there was no follow up to take my order. Pros were price, a basic gym, and that’s it’s located conveniently in Napa. But the area lacks curb appeal.

Ive stayed at this property twice and have had a wonderful experience. I only wish there was more lighting in the rooms. The bathrooms are very dark, its difficult to get ready in such low light. However, overall ive been able to relax and enjoy my stay.
