The hotel is comfortable, and the rooms are nice, and there is a lovely breakfast area. The primary issue is that it is simply a little too far away from downtown Napa; it isn't walkable to almost anywhere. If that's a priority for you, then you might want to pick someplace closer to town.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. This hotel is very dog friendly and I love that. The lat out in the rooms is practical but still stylish. Close to downtown and wineries. .

This was the second time I have stayed here. It is affordable and convenient location. One main complaint is the lack of lighting, definitely need to invest in better lighting especially in the bathrooms!! Also, need to update the bathrooms and clean a little better! But it wasn’t awful.

I requested at checking-in a room on the 2nd flood and the response of the receptionist, without even checking, that they are fully booked and have nothing available (typical response I heard so many times travelling around the world). During our stay the hotel didn’t really look that fully booked We were charged a daily $10 parking fee which was not mentioned at booking Breakfast Room was understaffed, only one server trying hard

LIKE STAYING IN A FRAT HOUSE Most go to Napa to relax and rewind; however, the 4 guests staying next door to us at Hotel Indigo partied through 2:30am. Despite contacting staff 3 times, they refused to do anything about the noise despite the posted sign that quiet hours are 10pm through 6am. DO NOT STAY if you wish to sleep at night...
