Need to turn on heating before people check in. Didn’t have hot water until we called front desk. They replied, well turn it on and it will take 15-20 minutes. We were in the Loft 81 room.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are freshly renovated. The beds luxurious. Spotlessly clean. Super accommodating people. Fire pits and hot tub nicely maintained. The pool was a little dirty in the bottom but it was a bit off season. The chairs and cabanas were clean and ready with towels. Enjoyed the games in the library with cocktails. It was a great stay.

What a lovely boutique hotel! Perfect room , very clean! Very quiet and dark room to sleep ! Loved the library & games !!! Only wish the lighting was better in the bathroom for makeup application! Will definitely stay at Senza again for another visit to Napa!
