It was clean, close to Broadway and staff was nice. Will stay there again.

This hotel so convenient to Music row- had a great time. There were so many people walking - we felt safe but there were shuttles / cops everywhere. Fun time. The beds were just awesome- so comfortable. Rooms clean. The breakfast buffet was good - they had someone there to make omelettes. I would definitely stay again.

The room is advertised as sound proof but we were not able to get to sleep until 1am because of people by the pool area and guests in the hallway talking. Then we were up be 7 because every time someone else's room door closed it sounded like a hammer against our door. The breakfast food was not warm unless you made it yourself, biscuits were like a rock and the eggs were sitting in an inch of water.

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean. Huge breakfast selection. Great room. Absolutely no complaints.

These hotels are not cheap! Got to room and toilet was running,vanity faucet didn't work,tp holder was broken, drain in tub was plugged,staff was kind but only credited back $20 and some points before moving us to another room,not much credited for having to go to another room!

This had to be one of the most pleasurable experiences I had in a really long time. We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living room which was very convenient. The only negative thing I can say is that someone forgot to take the trash out of underneath the sink but as soon as I brought it to their attention, it was rectified. It was close enough to everything and far enough to enjoy some wonderful sleep. A washer and dryer in the room alleviate the need for packing so much clothes. Having food and laundry soap in the lobby was also an added bonus.
