Someone stole my clothes while i was at work!

Drug users everywhere, filthy rooms with poorly working showers. I knew enough to remove my belongings every morning when leaving for work but of all things, I didnt expect for my dirty laundry to be taken which is exactly what happened. Someone let themselves inside the room while i was gone and didnt bother making the bed, yet, basically stole my clothes. Overall, it was a weird and unsetlling stay and i will not be spending my money there again. I tried this place twice and im good on it. They also charge $15 a day for parking which they let you know upon check-in. They happily take it out of your deposit.

Never been catfished before on a hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Rooms are dirty. Staff is rude. Ended up having to check out at 11 pm and find another hotel. Had to move rooms cause we woke up with headaches and sore throat. Got up sliped in freon. Went to the front desk they switched rooms. Got settled in room then the AC started squeaking so loud you could hear it outside. Went back to them for the front desk person to laugh when i let him hear the video of the Ac.

The people were great but the practice of the hotel with billing was terrible. On check in I paid the bill in full and as usual they took a $150 deposit. However over the next 4 days they placed a separate $150 hold on my card each and every day so that by the end of the week I had not only paid the bill in full but had an additional $500 in separate holds on my account. Lucky I had the available balance to absorb this but some people may not and I think this is a terrible practice. It is the first time in many hotel stays that I have ever seen this behavior. I will never stay at a Ramada again.

Chair in room was disgustingly dirty. Food, grease, and grime all over the cushion and armrests. The $100 deposit they say you will get back after check-out never happens. They end up keeping $33.00 for "parking" yet never mention that. The heater did not work in the room and sounded like an airplane when running. It smelled like smoke in the room if you turned the AC on. Not in the greatest of areas either.

I had stayed in a Ramada hotel in a different city and the experience was almost perfect. Clean bed, bathroom, floor and a good satisfying breakfast so I said I will go to a Ramada next time I book. This one was the complete opposite, not worth the price. Uncomfortable bedding, unclean wooden floor, no soap in the showers and no breakfast.
