Very helpful front desk staff . Our car had auto break-in with luggage in the trunk stolen. We didn’t know auto break-in had increased in the past few years. Thank you for refunding me the 2nd day stay.

Easy check in and large rooms with full kitchen, living room and bedroom. The grounds were well kept and the area felt safe. There were stores and restaurants around the back which we walked to. I would definitely return when I’m in the area!

Check-in was easy, fast, and informative. Private parking with security doing patrols at night. Suite was easy to get to and spacious. Pool looked private, family friendly and you can literally walk to the mall. More so theres plenty of little plazas that you can walk to with more food options. The place has great potential. I had an upstairs suite with neighbors on both sides of me. The "living area" & kitchen are detached from the main bedroom. Pray that you get quiet neighbors because the rooms are not really soundproof, also if your room is closer to the main road id get it switched or youll be hearing cars pass. Bring your own cleaning supplies. I didnt feel comfortable showering thankfully I only stayed a couple nights. The bathroom reaked of bleach which took forever to air out and the fan didnt work. Speaking of fan, you can either have the ac/heat on or off. The automatic setting was broken. The fan also blows right above the bed on HIGH. The sink for the bathroom sputtered out black stuff when I used the hot water so watch out for that. The bedsheets and a few pillows had stains. The bed was also uncomfortable. Felt lumpy. The tv has like 20 channels the guide doesnt work so you have to flip through the channels until something surprises you. They offer complimentary breakfast. Goodluck.

It would be superb if the pool is heated. It wasn’t being fixed as they claimed initially. The breakfast doesn’t taste good. But otherwise it was perfect, so I would still give it a five star review. The rooms are spacious, just like a real apartment. It is clean, quiet, in a good location
