It looks to be an older Courtyard hotel. Room seemed dated with no thermostat, just the usual AC unit near the window. I couldn't get this to work properly. The elevator was broken for a day but this was not an issue since I was on the 2nd floor. There is no breakfast included in the room rate. There is no microwave in your room, but one in the lobby.

Comfortable, and above average. But not good enough to justify the brand value of Courtyard Marriott. Bathroom had a couple of hair strands in the corner. AC had analog controls, while other hotels have digital controls. Rooms and hotel interiors could do with brighter colors and perhaps a repaint. Gives an old look. Otherwise, bed and Wifi were of good quality.
