someone came into our room in the middle of the night, not sure if it was housekeeping but our door was left wide open and who knows for how long because we were gone and came back we noticed it. We locked the door everytime

There was a roach infestation, roaches in and around refrigerator,on counter top, behind the television on the walls, bathroom wasn't properly cleaned,hairs from previous customers on shower walls

Barely minimal is all you get.

The supply is barely minimal. No comforter. Only one blanket and a sheet for cover. Had to beg for 2nd blanket. No coffee machine/toaster in the room. Clothes rack are rusted. No shower head. Stains on the shower tub. No shampoo. Only tiny soap bar. Minimal amount of towels and towels are very very old and has stains on them.

Room was not clean, bed sheets and pillow were not washed and were dirty/smelling. Shower wws dirty and broken shower head/commode was broken, bed side table was broken, room was smelling, doors had dirty stains.This Property should not even be offered to rent online. Pathetic place and total waste of money 💰
