Everything was amazing

Eaglewood Resort and Spa is a beautiful property with well-maintained grounds, attractive common areas, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The golf course and spa were highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, customer service and housekeeping issues prevented the experience from matching the quality of the resort itself. Our stay got off to a disappointing start at check-in. The front desk employee did not greet our party and immediately informed us that our request for nearby or connecting rooms could not be accommodated without providing an explanation. Thankfully, another front desk employee stepped in, explained the confusion with our room assignments, and provided exceptional service. Throughout our stay, he consistently demonstrated professionalism and hospitality. Later that evening, we stopped at the front desk to ask about checkout time. The employee on duty was focused on an iPad and speaking with another staff member. Despite seeing us waiting, he never acknowledged us. After several minutes, we asked the bellman instead, and he immediately answered our question. This interaction reinforced our concerns about the lack of consistent customer service. Before leaving, however, we did speak with the front desk manager, who was professional and helpful. Housekeeping was also disappointing. All three rooms in our group needed dusting, and the bathtubs were dirty. My bathtub contained body hair left by a previous guest. After showing the issue to a housekeeper, she

A friend and I stated for a full week and we appreciated the hospitality of everyone at the front desk - breakfast was well prepared and rooms were kept tidy!

1 second into this building I was poisoned from the toxic fumes of whatever cheap cleaning product is used to attempt to clean the surfaces of this “inn”. Manager was unfriendly. No hello or good day to begin the transaction. Room surfaces were sticky. The bathroom motion sensored light makes no sense as it goes off when showering. The shower didn’t work. The air conditioner had a musty smell the bed linens look like somebody slept in them already. I know this was a cheap hotel stay but I had to take a migraine medication to get through our stay.

Upon entering the driveway this looks like a great place to stay. Most of the trees and bushes need a trim so you need to park further out of the spaces then you should so as to not scratched your vehicle. You enter the lobby and its a nice comfy lounge area. The issue starts when you go up to the counter. It seems like there is never anyone there to help and no way to ring for someone othere than shouting out for help. Then finally someone comes around from the back with little to no enthusiasm as if its a burden to help us. Once you finally get checked in and go to your room, there is a lot of things that need attention to. Its possible that not all rooms are the same. The room we were given had random white marks on the carpet. The knob that controls the HVAC system was falling apart and rusted. The heating and cooling unit needed a good cleaning. In the restroom the shampoo and conditioner bottles that they glued to the wall had fallen off and torn off the paint. It seemed like they hadn't done a proper cleaning/check. My room did not have an iron so i went downs stairs to ask for one around 7:00am but as you can imagine there was no one there. I had to go and look for someone available and ask if they could provide me one. They offered to bring it up to my room. Two hours later no iron still i had to go back down and ask once again. Finally the brought it up. I also requested room service and they neglected to do so. Will definitely not be returning.
