Worst hotel in a long time

Booked an hour earlier through hotels.com. Got to hotel and they said they did not have reservation. I showed them reservation on phone. Said i would have to wait for it to come through. Asked if they could call. They said no. Asked if i could get a room and give them a credit card in case it never came through so i could at least get to the room. They said no. After waiting another 30 minutes i did an extensive google search and finally found the unpublished number for hotels.com. They were able to push it through. The room ended up being a handcap room. In the morning tried to ise shower. Only a hand shower with the wrong mount for hand shower. Would only spin back to wall. Had to hold it yhe entire time. Also shower curtain was 4 inches from bottom so water went everywhere.

Everything was perfect except for the fire truck sirens. Wasnt horrible, but loud when trying to sleep. Nothing the resort could do about it. Everything else was perfect. Great staff, clean room, very spacious. Breakfast was great as well. We will definitely be back. Thanknyou for an excellent stay

Excellent all around!

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was clean and smelled so nice. The fresh cookies and lemonade upon arrival were such a comforting touch! I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. We enjoyed the pool each night. The purpose of this visit was to visit Disneyland. Although the property is not walkable, the bus stop is right at the hotel so transportation was a breeze! Having a beautiful breakfast with lots of variety made this an even better experience. We have decided as a family that this would always be where we stay every time we come to Disneyland.

While I don’t love the addition of PAID parking, everything else about this hotel is perfection. Spotless, great breakfast and welcome snacks, friendly staff, and super convenient to Disneyland.
