I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times, but this last time was the worst— the room had a horrible smell, 4/5 staff members I encountered were rude, and they even ran out of clean towels. Housekeeping cleaned our room once during our 4 night stay, and didn’t even leave clean towels. Every morning we were woken up by a loud banging sound in the walls— staff said it was the old pipes. Safe to say that was the last time we’ll be staying there.

The food was amazing. They had a variety of food. The waffles were my fav! They have ice machines throughout the floors. The staff was friendly and our room had all the amenities making out stay so much more better! Overall quiet and a great stay!

The location is convenient to so many food, fun and has on-site laundry facilities. Pool is a good size and there are rooms for everyone. We stayed in a 2 queen suite with the living room & kitchen but not full-kitchen set up. It was so convenient for our family size and reason for the trip. The staff was great. Breakfast could have been better as far as changing things every couple of days but overall we were very pleased with our stay. Parking all around and convenient to your room. Stairs & Elevator to help with getting around. We enjoyed our room, but it was a little much to have a shared room door with the room next to us with young children, but overall we liked the hotel and the ameneties that came with it. The price we paid was great as well.

Hotels.com doesn’t do a good job at describing the rooms. They should allow customers that have actually stayed in the hotel to upload pictures of the room. I stupidly booked the room without looking at the yelp reviews that state there’s cockroaches in the rooms and the cleaning people don’t do a good job at all. When I spoke to hotels.com to see if I could get a refund or switch hotels but they denied me. So I had to pay for a hotel that I didn’t even stay in. Very disappointed in both the hotel and hotels.com.
