Everything was great. My family and I had an amazing time, until we got locked out of our room because the battery died on the door and our key wouldn’t work. My family and I were locked out of the room from 11:30pm till 1am in the morning. And we had two toddlers, two kids, and three adults. And it very upsetting since the kids couldn’t sleep or go in to the room and lay down.

The staff was so friendly and helpful and were truly the best part of our stay. Our room was fine, but there were some sticky spots on the carpet. But we were there to go to Disneyland so we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was vet good for our needs.

Elizabeth was such a sweetheart at check in! She made it so easy to check in and was overall so nice!! Overall loved the stay and will be coming back again! Loved the indoor and outdoor pools! The ONLY complaint was they were working on gluing the carpets by our room and the smell was strong (thank goodness is was temporary and fast) the other complaint was the a/c by our room was so loud!
