We were charged a parking fee despite traveling via uber. Second, we specifically got this hotel becuase of the indoor pool which was not heated. It is understandable if it was not heated as it was not advertised that way, however there were no towels available outside of the dirty towel bin. Would never return.

The room was great and the breakfast was very good. Main reason we booked this hotel was free shuttle service to Disneyland. Well it is not shuttle service but the city bus. Transportation was terribly unreliable. We had stayed here a few years ago and they had legit shuttle service. I would not stay here again for a Disneyland trip.

Good but could be better

They room was fine and the hotel staff was very friendly. Our son had an accident in the pull out sofa bed in the middle of the night, and after having to call the front desk more than twice asking for new linens, we finally received them. I understand in the late hours staff is limited but we were also held up with trying to go back to bed waiting for new blankets. Breakfast was fresh and again, the staff was very friendly. All in all it was a good stay and great area, I would definitely recommend this place to others
