We enjoyed: the helpful, friendly staff, nice lobby and breakfast area (that was kept tidy throughout the morning and where a decent selection of breakfast choices, hot and cold, were served), a nice hotel room for us and our dogs. A few oddball things: broom (or mop on the roof by the pool), a ladder propped against the back side of the building at 7pm with no employees around, an extension cord run from inside the building, down the hallway and outside the window to who knows what. Overall, happy with our stay.

Not a great experience

Stayed here in July. We used this place as a halfway point from OR to CA. Drove almost 6 hrs with our pup and when we arrived, we were told that they had no more pet rooms available and they don’t allow pets on 3rd floor. After back and forth they let us get a room and made us walk the stairs around the back with our dog only to find a bunch of sketchy truckers in the back smoking their cigs. Homeless people nearby. Hotel room bathroom was dirty and still had hair in the shower, and a hole in the wall. floors felt and looked dirty. I genuinely just did not feel safe staying there. We normally love our stays at the holiday inn but not this location. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or area again.

Arrived late (or early in the morning), the front desk man informed us there were no more rooms even though we had a reservation. Expedia over booked the hotel. Fortunately the front desk went and cleaned, made up a bed that was under construction so we would have a place to rest. He went above and beyond. Thank you. Expedia however, not happy to put us in this situation

We arrived around 8:30pm and when we checked into our room it was dirty with beds unmade , towels laid everywhere and had not been serviced. The elevator was also pretty filthy. When we went back to customer service, the gal was very sweet and accommodated us with another room with a slight upgrade. When we went to go back upstairs to our room, the door would not open and was showing signs of being damaged. We had to go back downstairs, and the gal went back to assist us and told us there was a trick in order to open the door. Thankfully, this room was clean and in order.
