I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn for years. This location is dirty, old carpet not cleaned, not decorated. Building old, elevator and hallways and room smells musky. No coffee or breakfast. This is my first poor experience at a holiday inn. I’m scared to continue booking at other locations

The property is under remodeling and it’s much needed. However the rooms look nice. Unfortunately the shower pressure is basically a drizzle, the grout was moldy and the a/c never really got to a comfortable cool temperature. The beds were not bad. The staff was super and they even sent an engineer to look at a/c but it still didn’t cool off much. The vending machines on our floor and the two floors below didn’t work. The ice machine was hidden far away off a back hallway. For the price we couldn’t complain too much. If you need a place to crash it’s good enough. We never made it to the pool because our focus was Universal Studios. They have a free shuttle from the hotel but you have to schedule in advance and we were never organized enough to get on it. The walk is .7 miles to Universal and it’s not bad. Again the staff was awesome!

What I didn't like was the room had tacs sticking up in the carpet my kids got sticks in their feet and their knees the toilet quit working there was no bedding when they did bring us bedding it was terrible I think the blanket was just something they found in the back somewhere we were staying with six people they only gave us three towels and don't get me started on the noise we had to listen to the whole time we were there because they are doing construction wish I would have known that before I stayed later in the day it wasn't as bothersome but super early in the morning with irritating when all we wanted to do was sleep

The service is very unpleasant, does not smile at all, in the hotel you can not even buy water and it is dirty. The room leaves much to be desired, with an unpleasant smell and dirt. We were 5 people and waited several hours for the delivery of bed linen and towels because they gave only 2 to the room. I do not recommend

This is our second stay and it was great with the exception that out mini fridge was not working at all and our a/c stopped cooling halfway through the night but other than that it was a great experience. Very clean and the rooms are spacious. The room in itself has plenty of room to fit at least a taller fridge to accommodate families.

The property was fine. I asked several desk workers how to get my car out. They said just drive out. My reservation says free parking but I couldn't get out of the parking garage until I put my credit card in and they charged me thirty dollars. I called the hotel and they said I needed to take it up with Expedia. I'm not happy and I do most of my reservations through Expedia but maybe I shouldn't.

First room they check me into was terrible! Carpet was stank, no furniture in the room. They magically found another room which was way nicer, however the air didn’t work at all. Called downstairs to the front desk three times to let them know about this. No one came until I went actually downstairs to find someone. Funny thing is, the air still wasn’t fixed

Near Interstate; Can walk to many restaurants and Universal; Hot water went out during my visit. It was resolved with 24 hours, but still an inconvenience during cool weather; Parking is very expensive; I prefer a nearly Holiday Inn that includes a buffet breakfast. At this location, you have to pay a very high price for a basic breakfast.

A staff member named Karlos was very kind trying his best to accommodate us.The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, it was very warm day and night throughout the hotel.The room was booked to accommodate 5 people, we only received 2 sets of towels and wash cloths, the floor , the sofa and chair were stained and dirty and the mattress on the sofa bed was totally sleeping on the springs , they put another one in the room against the wall , and it wasn’t any better, 3 nights waking up with a aching back and no rest from tossing and turning throughout the night.
