Very dirty. Carpet had all sorts of dirt and bugs. No hot water and it was 49 degrees cold outside. Bed felt itch . Funky smell in the room. Very horrible experience over all

Run for your life and never stay here!

Front desk and breakfast attendant were nice. Place is an absolute dump. Filthy carpets, outlets falling out of wall, moldy shower and vent, peeling paint all furniture chipped. Scratched up door. Rusted out light fixtures. 2nd floor key fob didn’t work and there was a room next door yelling cussing wreaking of pot. Front desk gave me a new room on 1st floor. Woken up at 2 a.m. by young men rolling dice and shouting right outside my room next to my window. No security and the gates were always open for the parking. Hot tub was caution taped off. Used to stay here in 80’s and 90’s and it looks as if there has been no upgrades or maintenance in 30 years.

Problem came up when I tried to drive out of the parking area and was locked in. My room key was not programmed to open the gate. Using the call button was unanswered. I went back inside to reception. She said use the call button. I repeated the attempt to leave. The call button was unanswered. I returned to reception. She reprogrammed my key so I could leave.

Decent stay - great pricing

My go-to when in the area. Fancy lobby but restaurant could use upgrading (small menu) and rooms could use renovating. They have had plans to split this hotel into two, a Courtyard and a Fairfield Inn, since late last year. I’m now told construction may start in May 2025.

Hot water didn’t work. Coffee machine didn’t work. Ac/heat was so loud we couldn’t sleep. We had two rooms and both had same issues. Spoke with GM and said he would tell Expedia to refund us. Expedia tried several times to reach him and nothing. DONT STAY HERE!!
