1. Something wrong with the parking lot, can’t go inside and out, I went to the front desk several time to solve the issue. 2. No WiFi signal in room. 3. Drain blocked when I used the shower.

For the most part it was a nice stay. Loved the lobby & the pathway to our wing at night. Lighted trees, waterfalls & more. My only dislike was the shower, low water pressure & the shower head too low. Staff super friendly, im thinking the room we were in wasnt remodeled.

Staff were nice. Obviously, the rooms are a bit old but still okay. Breakfast was terrible, I had some fruit and went on my way. Most likely staff was behind about 30 minutes and still needed to bring everything out.

I clearly have the do not disturb sign on my door and the house keeping lady kept knocking and then opened the door while I’m laying in bed. What is the point of the busy sign when they don’t respect it ? The stay was the worst I have had anywhere in California. Then the WiFi doesn’t work inside the rooms and you don’t even get proper cell reception in your room. Called front desk 3 times no one answered Worst stay ever. Will never stay here again.

This hotel seems more like a motel. Outdated and dirty. There was pubic hair on the toilet, splatter marks on mirrors and mucus smears on windows. The walls and lamp shades had stains, there was mold on the window sills, and carpets were stained. To top off the most grimy experience, their “free” breakfast I was not able to eat because on the first bite to pancakes there was a 4 inch black curly hair that I spit out and did not want to touch anything else. That too, was gross. I’ve never wanted to leave a hotel as fast as I wanted to leave that one. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Don’t waste your money it’s not what it looks like

Definitely did not seem like what was advertised. The walls of the room are paper thin and they gave us a room right next to the airport. Bathtub stopper did not work and only one rough bathrobe for a two person room. The room had a funny smell to it kind of like mold. And the breakfast there was terrible, no forks, no butter, and it was only the bare minimum kind of breakfast half bagels and tiny pancake pancakes. Definitely will not be going back. Though they did have a beautiful garden and fountains just as advertised, but the spa was broke down.
