One of the cleaning workers walked right into our room after we were given the room. This is unacceptable especially given the fact there was no knock or warning. The worker had a key and came right in without hesitation. Front desk said there was a mix-up in the system saying our room needed to be cleaned. Even if that were true, that does not excuse what happened. I felt very umcomfortable from that point on during our stay and was afraid anyone with a general key can and would enter the room while I was sleeping. Will not be staying here again or recommend.

Cute Little Hotel

Lovely little hotel in Palm Springs near my girlfriend’s place. Didn’t spend much time there but wish we had more time. The pool was inviting. Loved the mid-century vibe.

Hotel was adorable! Parking was not a problem. Grounds were lovely and well maintained. I gave the hotel a poor rating for comfort. The mattress was terrible. Sagging so much on one side I tried the middle and kept rolling into the "crater." The other side was doable. In the hotel's defense, I didn’t make them aware. Beyond that, I loved the atmosphere and would stay there again.

Relaxing winter weekend

Check-in was friendly and fast. Room was clean with a comfy bed & pillows. Enjoyed a very warm pool - perfect for the cooler winter temps. Walkable to downtown shops & restaurants. Some nighttime noise from helicopters (medical center across the street) woke up my partner.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at 7 Springs in a handful of years and sadly, the property is falling into dilapidation and disrepair. On our recent (and final) visit we were shown 3 rooms where there was either very stained carpeting, worn out furniture, water damaged bathroom walls, etc. Outdoor furniture is falling apart and the small pool that is prominently pictured in advertisements has been empty and unusable since the first time we visited over 3 years ago when we were told "it's under renovation." The front office staff was great and tried to accommodate us with a decent room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, there isn't anything they can do that justifies the nightly rate that is too expensive for the current condition of the property. The ownership should be ashamed.

Our room was close to the heavy traffic street with so many cars driving by throughout the night creating so much noise. Very unpleasant feeling. Also, Hotels.com said “coffee/tea served at the common area of the hotel but they no longer do that. You should update the fact. This is only my suggestion but they should also provide towels for people at the swimming pool and spa.
