This is a great place to stay while in Palm Springs. I love the vibe of the hotel and it’s so close to everything! The staff are so friendly and cool and I would stay here again.

Went in just expecting an ok place since it was a last minute booking and was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was! I wished I had booked the entire weekend. I will definitely return.

I stayed at this hotel, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. The place was extremely dirty, smelled awful, and the floor moved a lot, as if it were about to break. The beds were very uncomfortable. When I arrived at night, the receptionist misled both me and another guest by saying he would leave us a parking space when his shift ended, since the hotel has very limited parking. Instead, he left in a hurry and I was left arguing with the other guest. In the end, I gave my parking spot to the lady, and I had to park across the street in a vacant lot, very dark, with no lighting at all, and constant homeless traffic passing through that area. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff are welcoming and friendly and it's close to restaurants and shops. The hotel is a bit worn though. The room we were in didn't smell great and had visible stains in the carpet. Sound proofing is pretty bad. There was quite a bit of noise from adjacent rooms. Ear plugs are a necessity. But the price is reasonable and the pools and courtyard are pleasant.
