Wonderful Hotel, Excellent Customer Service

This has been our second time staying at the Best Western Plus in Cathedral City and we are more than pleased with the hotel and the service. This time, I accidentally doble booked but for some reason, the cancellation did not go through. Hotel manager, Dave, called me and instructed me how to get a refund from Hotels.com. I am beyond grateful to Dave for his wonderful customer service and kindness. I recommend this hotel to anyone and will for sure stay there again next March for the Indian Wells!

The hotel was surprisingly better than I thought it was going to be. The rooms were a very good size and amenities in the room were good. The breakfast was limited in choice but perfect and hot which is not a given in much higher starred hotels. Staff were very helpful and I would recommend a stay here.

It's a nice hotel for the price. A little noisy due to it being next to the I-10 freeway, but this also makes it convenient for getting around town. The breakfast each morning was quite good, and we loved the beverage machine. The staff is nice and friendly.
