Clean room and premises. Beautiful bougainvillea everywhere. Nice pool with a little Cantina for food and drink. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage bacon. One issue is that the floor above squeaks with every step. Also the hot tub walls could use a bit of scrub to get the yellow stain off. Good overall value

GREAT location!! Right near a bunch of shops, restaurants, museum, etc. We were able to walk around and explore. The rooms were dated but the property and rooms were clean and taken care of. Unfortunately, the walls may be a little thin? We could hear our neighbor coughing at 5 am. The breakfast was delicious except the dining hall was a little small. The staff in the front weren’t overly friendly…

Room was nicely updated, breakfast was nice, staff were helpful. The air conditioner was very smelly while running, and the room we were in was extremely noisy as it faced the back of a bar/club. Hotel staff were unable to accommodate us to move rooms.

The location was great, close to shopping and restaurants. Great staff, thanks Breanna, Tara and Grant for making our stay so pleasant. Room was very clean, just a little dated. Good breakfast. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The whole hotel was extremely clean and tidy as was our room. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. We did have a noisy guest playing loud music and talking late into the night .

Support staff very helpful the room was very nice however the room was directly across from parking lot with 2 bars that had the music on speaker outside that lasted until 2:00am every night so for 3 nights in row no sleep between the music and drunken patrons outside of the bars in the parking lot This hotel should never book these rooms I personally would not recommend this hotel in Palm Springs and I would not be staying here again

Our room was located near the back of the property, and it was very noisy overnight. Don’t recommend rooms located along the back, which is next to a parking lot and multiple bars/clubs. Other hotel guests and/or people in the adjacent parking lot were very loud long into the night, making our overnight experience unpleasant. Reported the issue to the front desk the next morning and requested that management be notified. To date we’ve received no response from the property.
