House is located across the street from Polo Grounds. The resort offers access to 3 heated pools, gym, tennis, restaurant, bar & golf course. The house has a private pool with a beautiful relaxing view of a pond and ducks. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 queens and 1twin bed. Two full bathrooms. Pool Heating is included up to 88 degrees 2hrs per day. Additional fee for an extra 2hrs of heating the pool of $40 will apply and be coordinated with host. Pool Waiver must be accepted before arrival. Free rides to festivals, inquire with host.
