We've stayed here over five times in the last year and it's truly the staff who makes us want to return. Every trip we extend our stay at least one night because it's that relaxing, convenient, and accessible. Breakfast in the morning is more than filling, stocked, and full of options. Seating for breakfast is plentiful and guest are really kind to each other.

We planned a fun birthday weekend and had the whole day mapped out around when we can check in which wasnt till four pm which is kind of late but we just took our time during the day. It was a HOT 115 and we just wanted to cool off inside and get our room we arrived at four pm and there was a long line and no where to sit due to the rooms not being ready. It was me and my handicapped grandmother and older aunt who can’t lift much and we were looking for a bell cart couldn’t find any they said they only had three for the entire hotel and it was a hot mess. We waited 20 minutes and finally got our room I had to make two trips because my aunt and grandma couldn’t carry the luggage and they put us in the furthest room form the main entrance all the way in the back I’m talking threee hallways and elevator and another three hallways. For me it would be ok but obviously my grandma was in a wheelchair and my aunt could barely walk with a Cain I requested closer handicap room but there wasn’t any so it took us a WHILE to get to room it was like a journey. We get to room after all that and can’t plug in our phones to charge and find out the outlets aren’t working so at this point we just want to relax and enjoy our vacation. And they tell us we have to come back downstairs cause there’s a problem with the room and they have to move us. Finally after 30 minutes getting my two disabled family members to the other side of the hotel we get a room and we end up just going straight to bed.

Property is under renovations, but Expedia website doesn’t indicate that my. The construction was in a hallway across from our room door. Water shut off from 11 to 1 pm every day. Found cockroach in one of the stairwells. Dog feces on the grass and gravel areas throughout the property that stayed there for days and no one cleans it up. Found broken glass in the dirt by trees near the pool. Someone stole our towels on the last day we were there. Submitted written complaint the night before checking out and never heard from the hotel manager or anyone even though it’s been 5 days. I had to follow up with Hilton directly.

We stayed for two days with our three little ones. The breakfast was amazingly delicious. The kitchen staff was very kind, diligently working to ensure the food was hot, presentable, and tasty! The food was seasoned well, and everything was clean. Great place to stay :)
