We enjoyed our stay and how spacious the room was. The only thing we disliked is paying $30 for self parking I wouldn't mind the cost if there was Valet parking, which there is not. Other than that it was fine.

Nice rooms - that’s about it

A $20 resort fee for a non resort with no valet no porter to help with your bags a “restaurant” with a tiny no vegetarian options and just a bartender with absolutely no initiative to actually serve (we actually ended up leaving because he was more concerned with restocking his bar then coming to even take a drink order ) The room was nice the views are gorgeous but the customer service leaves much to be desired

While the staff is exceptional, the condition of my room was not. Scratched, dirty & worn furniture & walls. Peeling wallpaper, poorly cleaned bathrrom complete with black mold & a wet carpet in the ice room outside my door. The fan attempting to dry it was only useful to blow a mildew smell in the vicinity of my room. Not exactly the smell one wants to come back or leave to. Avoid room 239.

When first arriving to the hotel, we noticed that the entire interior of the building was extremely hot And uncomfortable. During Check-in the receptionist offered. Parking underground for an additional $30 fee per night. Although he did not mention that there was free parking right outside of the property. The entire lobby elevator and hallways were poorly conditioned and uncomfortable. Our room which was A 2 room suite only had one air conditioning vent that had very weak air flow and our bedroom was also extremely hot and we were very uncomfortable and could not sleep at all. The toilet was also having issues with not flushing properly. The t v's are very dated with a poor selection of channels. During checkout, we were surprised with another daily $20 resort fee That was not mentioned to us when I provided my credit card. the only good thing that this hotel has going for them is the location.I did not.I would not recommend this hotel and I will not be returning.
