Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff were kind and thorough with explaining policy and everything we needed to know. The room was immaculate with that gorgeous Spanish style; arched doorways, Thick adobe walls. The whole property was beautiful with bougainvilleas and guava trees. It’s kind of walled off from the world, you wouldn’t guess it was just a block from downtown. The pool was heated and the spa had plenty of jets. I’m hoping to make coming to Los Arboles a Christmas tradition!!

Absolutely loved my stay here and the location cannot be beat! What a great value and beautiful property. Felt very secluded, even though we were in the middle of the city. My only critique is that the parking lot is very very dark at night, and as others have mentioned, the lobby/office closes at 5, which can create some inconveniences for travelers, although they made sure to leave a contact number and would’ve accommodated requests.

We checked in late and were given instructions to check in on our own as the front desk leaves at 5pm. However, check in was easy. The property was quiet and well maintained. Our room was clean. The downtown is nearby, so lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Self parking available. It was a good experience overall.

Lovely stay

My partner needed to be in town for business so we made a trip of it. The property is lovely, very authentic to palm springs. The room was super comfortable with a lovely “private” backyard area, except the doors to it don’t close which is a little concerning. Awesome comfy back patio seating and hammock. Super comfortable bed. The grounds are really pretty. This property is advertsed as having a restaurant that no one tells you, until after you have booked, is closed.
