Clean room but needs room deodorizer. Bed comfortable. Lines and towels nice. Refrigerator and microwave were extra but worth it. Pool was kinda chilly but swimable. No shampoo or conditioner, but that was ok. No coffee or.any other extras like iron or hair dryer, but that was ok as well. Plentym

I drive an 18-wheeler and travel all over the southwestern United States covering an eight state area. High frequent Motel 6. Because of its capacity to handle large vehicles and even usually has assigned parking spaces for larger vehicles. I also like that pets to stay free at Motel 6! This Motel 6 in particular had a wonderful staff. Everyone very friendly and very considerate and kind. Very helpful. The laundry room was in a key entry, a key card entry only area along with the vending machines and a microwave available for all the guests to use. I found this very wonderful. The machines were in excellent condition and the microwave was a great commodity. One thing to note, the swimming pool at this location was pristine the grounds around the pool were very clean. The pool itself was exceptionally well taken care of. This is the first Motel 6 I have stayed in in the last 8 months that had a functioning pool and I am very very happy to report that I enjoyed using it everyday. I highly recommend this Motel 6 property to anyone visiting Palm Springs California. It is conveniently located away from downtown but close enough that you could walk to restaurants nearby and shopping if you wanted to.

The male manager and Amber were the best. Very polite, patient and helpful. Would definitely stay here again just because of those two, but the pool is amazing too!!

The most charitable way to describe the room is "a work in progress". The room shows evidence of repairs, but defects still need attention. The facet fixture in the bathroom sink was not installed correctly, so the drain stopper does not close. The bathroom door is hard to close due to excessive paint buildup. On the positive note, the room was clean, the mattress was in good condition, and the a/c wall unit worked well. I did not use the television. I also received an upgrade since this room had two beds rather than the single that I had reserved. To be clear, this room is a good value given its proximity to a popular tourist area. But, like most things in life, it could be improved.

Basic but clean hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. There is a lovely pool area at the front. There is some noise through the ceiling and next door but it’s generally fairly quiet.

Parking and surrounding outdoor areas are a bit sketchy at night. But I definitely hive 5 Stars and both thums up to the Gracious and bright manager Juan and his entire front desk staff and xlnt housekeeping and maintenence staff. I have visited this Palm Springs hotel for years and it has never been run this well and maintained this nice. Juan and his team all deserve a rai$e so you dont lose them!!!

Very nice staff at this Motel 6! Kind and professional. Large building, coffee and hot water available in office every morning. Cleaning staff was great and rooms were tidy…not their fault that the linens were stained and threadbare (broken/holes). If they would replace the linens I would give higher rating!
