Floor was separating, AC unit was rattling, counters were sticky, and the room next to us had a barking dog all night. People loitering around the grounds drinking and smoking pot with others rummaging through the dumpster. No security presence with all that happening.

SAFETY BREACH: Criminal Threats and Weapons on Property. Emergency relocation required due to documented criminal threats and the presence of weapons on-site. Management failed to maintain a safe environment, breaching the innkeeper’s duty of care. Expedia has been formally notified of the safety hazards. Do not stay here if you prioritize physical safety. Formal notice of claim has been served.

Our extended stay was very smooth, we wanted to book multiple days at once but with our situation we could only book one day at a time and during the week the type of room is always available but book as soon as you are able to this location does fill up fast

We have been at Motel 6 Rancho Mirage in an extended stay and we appreciate the management, staff and housekeeping for their kindness and helpfulness while we are going through a difficult time. Plan ahead if you want rooms close to each other, the motel does get busy especially on the weekends and the staff will do their best to accommodate all requests.
