Our townhouse is located in a quiet and intimate community, featuring 3 swimming pools, 4 spas, 2 tennis courts, and scenic ponds.
The home offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room with individual temperature controls, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The living area features vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and beautiful golf course and mountain views. Relax with a 60” LG Smart TV, a brand-new sofa, and comfortable seating.

The townhouse was in a pretty and quiet neighborhood with a nice view of a fairway from the patio. It was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed to enjoy a few days in Palm Springs. It’s close to downtown, golf, hiking, and many great restaurants.Giuseppe was a great host. We will return!

Nice place with a nice view

Of all the VRBO’s we’ve stayed at, this was the least equipped for your basic needs. Having dish towels and rags would eliminate the need to use paper towels which is wasteful. The ice maker didn’t make not one cube of ice while we were there. Knowing the ice maker doesn’t work, supplying a bag of ice would be nice. Not one piece of Kleenex was available. There was poop stains on the second bedroom bedspread from whoever was there before. The master bath has a mold/mildew problem due to water from the shower whose shower curtain didn’t protect the floor baseboards. Only 3 rolls of rough toilet paper in the place. Partial rolls at that. Very noisy with airplanes flying over constantly. And when the planes flew over, the TV reception would go beserk. Sidewalk leading into the house was constantly covered with wet sand. The porch light didn’t work, making it hard to see the key pad when coming in at night. Other than the towels in the bathrooms, there was no spare linens, including bed linens. Tho we did find two small blankets in the dryer before we left. The microwave did not work properly as the rotate dish was not made for it. Overall, appliances were not in the best of shape. This property needs some TLC for sure.

Fabulous dessert stay

Our family had a fabulous stay here. Quiet, clean, & comfortable…three very important things to us! Beautiful location and great access to everything—restaurants, hiking, golf, and the pools and tennis were great, too. Very nice neighbors, as well.

Loved the location! Friendly neighborhood, seemed to be easy to get to, and close to the airport. Accessing the TV channels was nearly impossible, we expected to watch tv late night when we were winding down for the night, and all we could get were networks that were not popular tv programming. TV remote in master bedroom would only turn on and off the tv. The volume couldn't be controlled and we couldn't even change channels. the remote was basically dead except for turning tv on and off. We looked all over for a USB-A outlet for charging devices, we couldn't find one. I would like to stay here again, but would want a conversation with property owner first.

We had a wonderful trip to Palm Springs and love the area. The place was close to advertised but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The location was convenient and has a patio outside to a golf course view.

Restful desert getaway

Great place! Close proximity to all activities in the area. Nice views. The property has a golf course view, however, we saw no golfers (assuming the courses in the area are on rotational closures throughout the year). This is a close-knit condo community, so you may end up meeting some of the neighbors (which we did), but it was very pleasant. Expect plane noise intermittently from the local airport, & the central AC/heating unit is VERY loud. Beds have memory foam mattresses which are adequate, but not super comfy. Easy parking close to the unit. Would stay here again.

Peaceful and clean

I am a neat freak and I was so happy walking into Giuseppe’s adorable unit! It was very clean, perfectly set up, and cool during this hot summer heat! I stayed alone my first night and I felt very safe and secure. Lovely landscaping and views. I’d definitely stay again!

The place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The communication with the owner was excellent and instructions and description of everything was very thorough. The location was excellent and the access to a pool was great! Highly recommend staying here.

Just what we needed!

This what just what we needed to be in Palm Springs for our daughter's softball tournament. It is a comfortable home with everything you need to enjoy. It has a beautiful setting up against the golf coarse and mountain views. We enjoyed being able to BBQ and sit on the patio.

Pride Weekend 2023

The home was very clean and neat. Modern appliances and decor. Nice large kitchen and living room. Private parking space. The view of the golf course was very nice. Neighbors were nice. All rooms had nice size closets and beds. TVs in all the rooms which was nice. The owner communicated quickly to me messaged which was great. The home is about a 10 minutes drive to the main strip in Palm Springs. Had a great weekend. High recommend

Love the property, the only thing I didn’t like was that had bad smell by entering to the unit, and wasn’t that clean and the island was full of little insects. I had to buy a aromatic spray and clean counter, living room table and sink before placing my food. The pools were not the clean but we had a good time. Property owner attended our concerns right away:
