Beautiful property, needs to be cleaned a bit better. Cigarette butts and small trash around the pool area. Our room wasn't cleaned for several days in a row and the trash needed to be taken out. There were small insects on the dresser.

I stayed one night on 3/7 for $433 and had a bad experience. The biggest issue was poor soundproofing—I was woken up multiple times around 4-5 AM due to noisy footsteps from the room upstairs. The old building structure lacks proper insulation, so if you’re on the first floor, be prepared for a restless night. Another major issue was no hot water for the bathtub in the morning. I reported it to the reception and requested a refund, but they ignored my request. Given the high price, I expected much better service and amenities. ⚠️ Be aware: If you book a stay here, avoid first-floor rooms and double-check the plumbing. For the price, there are better options in Palm Springs.

The hotel is large and the outdoor area is pretty. The staff was really nice throughout our stay, and gave us free cocktail passes - which is always extremely appreciated. The restaurant had pretty good food.

Very happy with a few issues

Great place to stay. Very beautiful and lots of great spaces to do things! Great service and staff! There were just a few things that were not up to par-no shower soap, no luggage stand, no hangers. The first morning we had to call front desk to get our room cleaned. Also, had to ask to change rooms the last night due to really loud kids and adults playing in the room above us. This was at midnight both nights. Let the desk know and they were happy to move us

Avoid standard rooms, call to verify amenities.

Avoid a standard room. Upgrade ro a nicer room. Rooms are clean and week appointed. Large pool and main spa was not heated. If this was done by choice, very poor decision. If Mechanical failure occurred notify your arriving guests so we can choose to drive 3 hours to play in a small pool. This stay was very disappointing. Riviera had been our annual PS go to, that might have to change now.

Convenient to airport and close to large selection of good restaurants. Rooms and facilities are clean but very dated. Room rates were competitive during Indian Wells tournament. It's about a 30 minute drive to Indian Well Tennis Center.

We were impressed with the staff. All so friendly and professional. David and Adam are two that we familiar with. Upon check in the staff happily switched out rooms and upgraded us after finding out it was my husbands birthday. The chicken sandwich was my husbands favorite…highly recommend! The only thing I noticed was that the furniture needs some cleaning. Pictures on the walk were missing and towels by the pool weee not always stocked. Other than that, we had a great stay! The pool and hot tub were clean, food was good, service was friendly and noise level was not loud. Grounds well maintained.
