Love this place!

We loved our stay! We did have an issue with no hot water, but maintenance came and fixed it within in a couple hours. The place is really charming and retro. We interacted with dozen staff over the course of our stay and they were so friendly. Id stay there again in a heartbeat.

Once a gem, now a disappointment

The hotel used to be a hit with my husband and I, not so much now. It’s terribly in need of an update. While it was nice being able to check in at noon, there was a reason no one was at the property. The halls and room had a smell that should have warned us to just check out. We stayed. Stains on bed, walls, couch. Sewage smells by restaurant near lobby. Upstairs guests, not their fault, could be heard walking and talking and everything else. Staff prevented the few guests at resort from using their own Bluetooth speakers while resort music played. Imagine the clash of sounds as you’re trying to relax. It’s sad really. If you’re LGBTQ which is what Palm Springs is built on, you won’t enjoy this resort. I fear the crowd it did bring in will leave you uncomfortable based on our overall experience. Highly disappointed.

Full service resort, we didn’t have to leave the property. There are several restaurants, a coffee shop, gift shop. Two separate pool areas, great pool hours. We hung out at the fire pit, hopped from pool to hot tub, just a wonderful stay

The grounds were nice, the staff was friendly, food was great but the delays, although met with corrections took far too much time out of what was already a short trip. Now I'm stuck disputing charges with expedia and the hotel after a price had been set and receipts for a lesser price were given. Smh this headache is not worth another stay here

First time at this Resort, found it on expedia. Great prices, great staff, two pools which was convenient. Very nice and clean stay. Just wish for us Adults that the bar in the second pool by buildings 4 and 5 had actually someone there making drinks. Only down fall since it did say on property description :)

Cat pee odor in hallway.

The online pictures and walking into the lobby you’re like dang this place is nice for that price. The actual hotel and rooms that another thing. Very old and outdated, floors squeak and the walls/vents are all beat up. We go to our building 4, 2nd floor and to our long hallway of a room. The hallway smelt so bad, like cat peed or water damage in a room they didn’t take care of. I call the front office no answer, call every single button on the phone no answer. I call from cell phone instant answer to help. David answers and I tell him that the hallways have a horrible odor and is coming in the room. He said I will have someone come clean it and I’m like well that isn’t going to help. His response was “well I don’t know what else you want” then he hung up on me. Walked out of our room about an hour after and all they did was spray air freshener, carpets weren’t wet from cleaning it just smelled of a strong air freshener. My daughter has asthma and for them to actually not have that area closed of for guest to stay there is beyond me. The place was cheap to book but I will never be doing that again. Staff has no empathy of any kind knowing they most likely have a mold problem on that floor. 2 rooms down from us you can see they are doing construction on the place but the smell was beyond horrific.. everything seemed like it was falling apart or got a quick paint job and doing things cheap to keep things going.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful resort, a little difficult to navigate in the dark, but once I walked around in daylight I figured it out easily. My sliding glass door to my balcony had a bent frame and made it difficult to latch, and there was no shampoo or conditioner. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. The 3rd floor had beautiful views of the mountain.

THIS RESORT IS TRASH! THEY ARE ACCUSING ME OF TRASHING THE ROOM SUPPOSEDLY. WE WERE THERE ONE NIGHT 11:30 PM AND CHECKED OUT AT 10:30AM. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS!!

I like the pool. Lots of places to sit in and outside of the hotel. My room was always clean. The entire hotel was always clean. Everyone says Good Morning and Hello to you when they pass you by. The food and drinks was always good and big portions.

Great hotel all around!

I was there mid-week between "Slash House" pool parties and the hotel was empty! My friend joined me for dinner in Circa 59 and we were the only people there. Awesome for us, not so for them! The room was great, the food was great, will definitely stay there again! Oh, and the valet and front desk staff were awesome!!
