Most Staff were very Unfriendly and Unhelpful the main one in the desk was forever rolling her eyes and did not make you feel welcome. Had a problem with the 1st Room all light switches and sockets were on a 10 min timer they then went off if no movement in the room. This resulted in my friends breathing maching going off which could have been fatal. A Maintenance Man fixed a socket so it wouldnt go off however the following night all the lights and switches went off and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night They told us all the rooms were on motion switch off after 10 mins but the room we were moved to wasnt! Also the new room had a cold shower which we had to report 3x to be told by the moody receptionist that it wasnt their fault if we had used all the Hot Water! We hadnt even had any Hot Water. After 2 cold showers a maintainence man came up while we were in the room and he explained the blue usually cold was hot and the red usually hot was cold it had been plumbed in incorrectly! Not a very nice breakfast either the scrambled eggs were very salty and most people threw them away Despite a good location would not stay there again as good customer service and friendliness of hotel staff matters!

The room was very spacious and staff was very courteous. Nice view of the mountains and plenty of parking. The hotel is located in a shopping center with several restaurants with in walking distance.

Replace the mattress in that room, was like a bad quality mattress and unSupportive, we slept poorly, we kept Waking up due to discomfort. The toilet was too low to the ground. And the room was dark for us. What was Great: hotel location to shopping and restaraunts, great free full breakfast, free parking, free wifi. Friendly staff , a decent fitness center

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, Some of the staff were not friendly. Breakfast was not as good as some we have had. We stayed there for the location which is very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

I try to look for the good in everything. I am uncomfortable with leaving a bad review. I called just after I booked my reservation. I explained that I have an abusive husband NPD a personality disorder and I needed to possibly get an extremely early check in. Said I would gamble at Agua Caliente casino and wait.. I felt like she didn’t hear me and said we are fully booked. Um I am aware of this. Maybe ask for my number and offer me that if someone checks out early she will get me in early. I got rocks. Nada. Nothing. Coldness. Is this what customer service is coming to? I guess. And because I didn’t pay $4.50 approximately insurance ?? I decided to cancel my reservation and I was told absolutely no refund. Okay. I use to prefer Marriot not so much anymore. Respectfully, Mrs.Weaver
