View of the golf course is lovely, the pool warm and good sized. The rooms are cramped, very hard to get in on one side of the bed vs the other. The loveseat is very uncomfortable, and there is no dining table in a room that has a kitchenette. The inability to open windows is a turnoff as the smell of the units is dank, musty, dirty sock smell. Breakfast, tasted like it was cooked in a microwave. Something resembling scrambled eggs im pretty sure was powdered eggs as the texture was mush and there was no flavor. Id say thanks for the fresh fruit, but the bananas were past the point of being edible. Needless to say, i wont be back.

I woke up to a cockroach in the kitchette sink that likely crawled up through the sewer drain and a dead one on the floor. I let the front desk know and they brushed it off as normal and called it a "water bug". I asked for a refund and they said I would hear from a manager. It's been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Water bugs and cockroaches are not the same and they need to have the facility exterminated. Cockroaches feed on decaying matter where water bugs hunt/feed on fish/tadpoles. Very upset about the level of customer service and waking up to cockroaches in room 215.
