We’ve visited lots Homewood suites when traveling so use to kitchenette facilities great when on road for 6 months of year. Only complaint was room was dusty, and when asked for new quilt for bed…they brought us a green stained quilt. Receptionist said I should just get room service, but we travel with dog, and had valuables in room…so easier for me to just handle room myself. Thus I just washed the old quilt cover myself. They do have free laundry service, and laundry baskets…that’s a first! And appreciated. Breakfast was very good. Facility pool, was heated and great view gold course and mountains…though we were too busy to use pool. Also great workout room!

Where’s the housekeeping?

The room was very spacious and the amenities were in good condition. Now I didn’t realize that it’s not a full service hotel meaning that housekeeping is only done every other day for your stay. Now we stayed two nights but never received the service. Might have been too short of a stay for them to have done anything but wasn’t my favorite especially since I wasn’t told during check in and I don’t remember reading while booking. I would stay again just to get a full experience maybe on a longer trip as everything else was great there.

Had such a great stay, the front desk was so attentive to our needs. We would definitely recommend and stay out here again. Everything was so accessible and they had great toiletries. We made great use of the kitchen as well.

Our room smelled like dead Fish and we contacted the Manager through Expedia but no response or resolution. We were forced to stay in the room all week and not given the chance to switch rooms. We suffered from migraines every night due to the overwhelming pungent smell of rotten fish. We were sick every night and no staff offered assistance because they were full. The entire room needs stripped of carpets and curtains as well as furniture that is holding the sickening and nauseous odors. We were literally sick all week during the stay.

Very comfortable!!!

The bed, amazingly comfortable. I have never felt such a mattress pad…like sleeping in a cloud! The temperature of the room easily adjusted with a fan that was actually quiet. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great stay!!!

We had blood stained sheets and other “stains” on our sheets. When I reported to front desk in the evening on Super Bowl Sunday all the front desk clerk did was call housekeeping to bring me new sheets. Never said sorry or what my room number was. (I was going to make the bed). Housekeeping promptly brought up new sheets and asked if they could take a picture. I said yes. She was appalled. She gave me new sheets and offered to change. I said I was all set. THE NEW SHEETs HAD A STAIN!!! The next day the front desk supervisor said they would talk with Expedia and credit one night. Well can’t talk with anyone but their virtual agent which is useless!!! Room number was 113. I hope to hear from someone soon. The pro is the breakfast is tasty, the grounds are beautiful but all of that doesn’t matter if your bed is dirty. Oh I forgot there were handprints on the headboard so I went out and bought bleach to clean entire room!!
