Very cold room

Loved staying at the Westin. The room temperature was very cold and could not get it to rise above 62 degrees. Called for maintenance, had four visits and it was never fixed. Had to leave for a few hours, thought it would be warmer when we returned, it was not. Disappointed. They offered to move us but we were getting ready for a wedding and didn’t have time to move. They comped our parking, but thought they should at least comp one night.

Enjoyed restaurant very good fish and pasta. Good hospitality at front desk. As a Marriott BonVoy platinum member we were offered both free breajfast and points. Only thing we arrived at 4:30 had to wait an hour for out room to be ready. Breakfast was amazing selection and very fresh. Loved eggs Benedict and variety of pastries. Bread pudding dekicious

The room was too hot and when we adjusted the thermostat it did not respond quickly all night I did yoga on the floor and noticed it was not as clean as it should have been Wifi was not free? really $5.... The ceramic coffee cup had residue on it at the brim....not well cleaned.

Very nice property lots of amenities but understandable why the room we had was discounted close to housekeeping carts noise in the morning but we were up early anyway, so was not a big problem I would recommend it will be going back if needed and try and enjoy more of the amenities

This Westin has an excellent staff. Everyone was cheerful and very helpful. Unfortunately that is overshadowed by the run down condition of the very dated, over used rooms. The quietness of the property doesn't do you much good when the beds are horrible and the sheets won't stay on because they aren't the right size or water is continuously dripping from the faucets. The outside grounds are immaculate and inviting. After spending $2,000 over 3 days, there is no way I would feel good recommending this resort.

A no surprises but just an average stay at the Westin. The room was spacious enough but appeared ‘tired’ and long over-due for a refurbishment. Breakfast was fine. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Like so many resorts, the ‘nickel and diming’ is egregious; a $43 resort fee and yet $5 for wi-fi and $23 for self-parking. Par for the course it seems. Won’t stay here again.
