Bach251 enjoys all day sun, sliding doors open out on to front deck with bi fold doors opening on to sheltered suntrap off the kitchen.

Bach251 is situated in a prime location only 10 minute walk to Raumati Village with its boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.

Just 40 minutes from Wellington with access to 40km of fabulous beaches from Paekakariki to Otaki and beyond, the Kapiti Coast is fantastic We have fabulous walking and cycling tracks and a range of unique coastal villages, attractive cafes and rural attractions as well as a great central shopping centre in Paraparaumu.
We sit under the backdrop of the Tararua and Akatarawa rages with excellent swimming, fishing, walking and cycling opportunities.
The jewel in our crown is the native reserve on Kapiti Island. It protects some of the world's rarest and most endangered birds.

Delightful and cosy bach. Beach had easy access via a few steps. Could not help but sit and contemplate life whilst lounging in the armchair, looking out to sea. Two double bedrooms with a lounge/dining room and a kitchen, made our stay very comfortable.

This is an excellent property for a chill weekend. Either just relax and take in the stunning view, or just go down the steps to the beach and get active. The owner has achieved a great seaside bach style, but upgraded with lovely furnishings and high-end appliances.The ability to have a dog with you is really great.

Cozy beach bach

My family of 2 adults, 2 children had a lovely stay here. So nice being right at the beach, going to sleep with the sound of waves and having a beautiful view from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. Nice well looked after bach with everything we needed. Will hopefully be back!

Fabulous spot for a working retreat

What a gem of a beachfront property - the photos really didn'tdo it justice! Our stay here was absolutely fabulous. The bach was warm and cosy and the views were stunning. The cleanliness and tidiness were impeccable, and the beautiful artwork added a touch of charm to the space. Getting to the property was a breeze, and having plenty of dining options within walking distance was a huge plus. Despite being conveniently located, the area was super quiet, which made it the perfect spot for a working holiday. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a tranquil beach getaway. Thank you to the hosts for providing such a wonderful retreat.!
