When we went to check into the hotel we left our bags so we could go wine tasting until our 3 pm check in time. When we arrived later at around 6 our rooms were YET to be ready for us after 3 hours. We had to wait about an hour for the rooms to be ready and each time we were told they were ready we would go up and they were clearly not cleaned and had to proceed to tell the front desk they were clearly not ready for us making us severely late to our wedding party event we had to attend. Overall was a nice hotel but was soured by our check in fiasco and very un helpful staff.

The hotel was nice and updated. Unfortunately there were homeless people when drove in or out of the property. We were not pleased with card having to be in to keep everything on. Plus the bathroom door would not stay open. The ice machine on our floor was broken, no sign.

Not sure what all the great review are about. This property looks to be fairly new but the rooms are filthy. Carpets are badly stained. AC units are struggling and make horrible loud noises all night long. The hotel itself is situated feet away from a railroad track and close the the freeway onramp which is all full of graffiti. Not to mention, drugies and homeless by the dozens right outside property line. BEWARE when traveling at night. Hotel check in staff were borderline rude.

There is no coffee and no breakfast, only for purchase from “Starbucks”. I paid 7.99 for a coffee, baristas 1st day, she couldn’t hear me because she had earbuds in her ears and kept asking me to repeat myself. Coffee was awful. There was no coffee in the room, no coffee cups or tissues, either. Was like it was not stocked properly. The great part was the EV charging station, though, lots of them. But the pumps/charging stations were a mess… all tangled, not maintained at all. Staff was polite. Just not what we are used to for Marriot at all.
