DISCUSTING-Our room was absolutely discusting and filthy dirty floors dirty sheets bathroom full of mould and slim hair everywhere the toilet had piss all over the floor and when I went to reception and showed them the photos they didn't care. I asked for the room to be recleaned and reception agreed to it but the room was not cleaned at all. This place is a dump and should be demolished. Oh and don't believe anything about the quality of food cause they have nothing we tried to go to dinner at 7 and they told us the chef went home the breakfast is discusting for the tiny little nothing a couple of slices of bread. Very appalling don't waste your money.

This hotel wasn’t as clean and updated as what the pictures online showed, we felt like we were kind of cat-fished. The main bedroom was clean and recently renovated which was lovely!! However the bathroom was visibly old and dirty looking, mould stains ect.

Location was great and within walking distance to the strand, pool was great but noticed lack of yard maintenance/ tidiness during stay. Same glass left on BBQ during entire stay, same empty alcohol cans in pool area left for days, and walkways covered in garden debris which became slippery when it rained. Loved that rooms get made up and replenished daily and beds very comfortable.

Every staff member we interacted with were lovely and above expected helpful and kind. The pool and gardens created an atmosphere was immediately relaxing. Despite the restaurant currently undergoing repairs their continental breakfast and simple dinner was delicious and perfect for by the pool calm. A simple burger and chips but made absolutely delicious. My only improvement suggestion would be to make the rooms darker - more condusive to sleep. Light switches that are back-lit, white shutters only on the windows and air conditioner that has a big light up digital temp makes the room far too bright for quality sleep. Still close enough to the Strand for quick ubers but far enough away made for a relaxing holiday.

Room was great. Grounds were tidy, private and convenient. Beds comfy. Staff friendly. And we were pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast that was included. Overall great location and value for money. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Shower recess had fuzzy mould and pink mould in some of the grout lines.

We arrived after reception had closed but our key was placed in a safe and we had been sent a text message an hour before with the safe code. Our room was lovely and fresh and clean and the staff had left the air con on for us. We had drinks at the poolside bar before walking to the Strand and put 10 minutes walk away and having dinner. Breakfast was included the next morning and there was pastries, fruit, cereal and fruit bread and crumpets as well as a coffee machine. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay at Seahaven Resort again.

Wasnt a great first impression. Checked in after hours on sunday, our room hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants. Had to call the after hours phone, someone came down 15 mins later with a monotone sorry about that. Waited for a new room to move to that was clean. The outside is riddled with mosquitoes and sandflies. Then the main facility rubbish bin thats located in the carpark was overflowing and the birds had pecked open the rubbish bags so the carpark was filled littered with rubbish everywhere and the birds trying to eat it all. Wasn't a great look or feel in general.
