The elevator wasn’t working which was such an inconvenience traveling alone with a 2yr old. The bed was dirty with weed buds all over it, it was not something I wanted my toddler sleeping in. Lastly the outlets were broken and the front desk staff made it seem like I was an inconvenience because I needed it fixed as we had a reservation at Disneyland I needed to get to, which we missed.

Initially, I was given an occupied room. I went in and there was open water bottles, suitcases, phone chargers. Traumatizing! The front desk then gave me an “upgrade” which was worse than the room I booked. I wanted a king bed as I was traveling alone and they gave me 2 queens and said they were out of Kings

Staff is always great! Clean with extra cozy mattresses! Great for the price! Quiet! Great breakfast and if you forgot something or get the munchies they have a great little area to purchase items 24/7 although of course the items are a lil pricy for the convenience.
