I’ve always heard great things about Marriott but I was a little disappointed this stay we had asked multiple time to have someone come to change out the sheets in the room because we spilt water on it at first they said it was to late but they’d bring sheets but no one ever did and then we said it the next day and they didn’t even come till late. We were there 3 days and only got the sheets changed once even though we asked a few times. We also asked for extra pillow and they said we can only get one, the pillows and the pillows were not even comfortable as soon as you put your head on it they deflate not sure if it’s because it’s old but honestly I was very upset picked Marriott because they have a great reputation and it was very disappointing.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel property multiple times over the past 10 years. Always enjoyed our stay. We checked in on Thanksgiving day 2025, paid extra for Club Room access only to find out by 5pm there was no usual afternoon snacks served that afternoon. I went to the front desk and was told that since it was Thanksgiving day they were short staffed.
