The associate at the front desk was friendly and so helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. I also like the koi pond and the birds.

The staff were amazing but all of the rooms for our group smelt like ashtray.. and I am not sensitive to smoke. Other than that the only challenge was the wifi. Basically so slow you were better off using your cell signal. Parking was made easy for us as we were on motorcycles, and the breakfast was good/standard.

Fresh, well kept property.

Overall the property is well kept, and appears refreshed. Room was quiet, bed comfortable, but innerspring mattress seemed dated. Mattress pad slips around and bunches up. Housekeeping did not put hand soap in sink area. The faucet is missing a filter, so water sprays everywhere ....pressure is excellent. Sinks are way too short for taller people....just sayin' . Apparently there should be a comfortable chair to lounge in by the lamp in the corner, but was missing. Instead, someone put two office chairs at the desk area? I am a tour guide and travel a lot, so I notice details....they matter!!

Run away!!!

Worst stay I’ve ever had at a best western. I travel for work all around the world, I would have much rather slept in my rental car. I called front desk asking to be changed rooms, they said no. In the morning they told me they have had previous feedback about rooms, but have done nothing ever than spray perfume to mask mildew, and smoke smells
