They misrepresented the fact that they no longer have a pool and my room was cleaned once time during a nine day stay. The television would not work two of the nights I stayed . Most of the employees were very accommodating and pleasant, the exception being one front desk woman who was extremely rude for no apartment reason but for the fact I think it may be that I am without a permanent home and she may be profiling me and discriminating due to this fact. It is sad that a paying guest was treated in this manner.

The cleanliness and breakfast service was wonderful but they advertise they have a pool and they dont and the television had a problem a few nights which wouldn't have been such a problem if not for the manager telling me they would "comp" me a stay and once I asked for it they back peddled and made me do all the work to try and get it through my booking site. Also one of the front desk clerks is very rude which made me very UNCOMFORTABLE.
