I booked this place specifically for the hot tub. It was ice cold. I was told “sometimes the weather affects the temperature of the water” what in the actual fantasy world does that even mean? Later on I was told it was broken. The pool was tepid at best. The pet area seemed to be an afterthought added onto the rear of the building. The carpet in the room was filthy. The very worst part of my 3 night stay wasn’t the indifferent/ dismissive attitude from staff, or the platitudes/ placating. It was the “Oxford Social”. I thought it was in a different area. Zero staff was in the bistro for several minutes while I waited. I was directed to the foyer, where the bartender refused to make me a Shirley temple. I asked him to repeat himself. I heard correctly. I just asked for a can of soda instead. They served a “savory snack” which was potato soup. I’m pescatarian & make it known to servers when I eat out. I asked if there was bacon in it. I was assured by the server there was none. I iterated, “There is no beef, chicken or pork, right?” And was reassured again. Another staff member dressed in uniform came up to the service window and chimed in there was no meat in the soup as he apparently had been listening. I felt confident and accepted a bowl. A bite or two in, I turned to my daughter and mused it tasted of mushroom… another bite and I had pork in my mouth. I’m not Muslim religion, however my diet shouldn’t be any less important in observance of my spirituality.
Filthy carpet throughout.
Would’ve been nice if the bartender actually did his job.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Noted that I could walk to Graton Casino but recommended I did not and they had a shuttle that could take me. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety and friendly service. Includes eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast, yogurt, fruit, various juices, coffee, and mainly tea choices. Properly was in a good area and I was able to walk around the neighborhood. Took a while to get hot water in the shower, but otherwise stay was great. Would stay here again and probably will if I'm in the area.

Nice stay

Very nice hotel. They have a courtesy van that dropped us off & picked us up from the casino down the street. Only negative was the sofa showed wear & tear. The vinyl/leather on the arm was torn off. The carpet had some wear but not too bad. The bathrooms were excellent with a separate area for the toilet.

One night

Our room was a bit worn. Part of sofa arm material was torn off. TV remote didn't work so had to have someone fix. Fan was so loud at night my husband and I could not sleep. The best part of our stay there was the front desk gentleman who was helpful, friendly and kind. He was awesome! And, the breakfast was wonderful!

Our stay was great. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. There were only two things that stood out to me that werent good. One the beds were so hard, but I do prefer a softer bed, and two not that I don't appreciate the free breakfast, but if you run out of the main thing you are serving for breakfast and there is still an hour left make some more.
