Low grade Motel at best!

Positive was the lady at the front desk.... welcoming and friendly! Otherwise, really dated hotel, breakfast was a joke.....no hot food! Cereal and some bananas and oranges! Elevator was so old and slow.. I woder how it passed the inspection. Beds are uncomfortable with really cheap bedsheets and blankets. Bathroom was not clean!

Good enough, staff was excellent, breakfast was hot, but no non dairy options. Rooms were comfortable, but worn. Entirely gated parking, you need code to get in and out.

Great customer service, gross room

Customer service was great, and the breakfast redeemed some of the disappointment we felt after seeing our room. The room was really run down and not clean. There was what looked like a bullet hole in one of the headboards. The area was surround by a large amount of homeless people and didn’t feel safe, though the pictures of the property looked nice.

The room was clean, gated and quiet but...despite the security gates and cameras we watched 2 tweekers punch in the gate code who were obviously not guests, let themselves in, and do a drug deal with a guest outside his room.

The room was ok the was actually comfy but i had the jet bath tub style i didnt feel safe usinf it unril i went and cleans and scrubbed it down to it was nice after other then that i recommend it to anyone especially for couples.

This is a nice hotel. The parking is secure with a fence around it with a gate. The room is spacious, well appointed and clean. The young lady that checked me in was wonderful! I will make use of their laundry facilities.

The main advantage of this cheap motel is that it’s right on Highway 10 one and it has a gated parking lot. Other than that it’s pretty yucky.

Check-in was quick & easy. Free hot breakfast & heated pool are nice. Freeway noise is noticeable but it’s not an interstate. We ran the fan for white noise and slept fine. The plastic door jambs, yellowed faceplates, and highly textured walls & ceilings painted in semi-gloss cheapen the feel, but overall the hotel a good value considering the amenities, staff efficiency, and limited options in town.

The staff was so friendly. I'm from Oklahoma, where everyone is your friend. Maybe California (or at least Eureka) is the same. They attended to my needs and requests quickly and easily. The room was comfortable. My only downside was the surrounding area. But, to be fair, I didn't like Eureka. The hotel (and Pachanga's down the road) were the bright spot in my trip.
