Rooms were extremely dated and walls were so thin i was awakened by neighbors having a good time at 4 in the morning. Breakfast was underwhelming. The only good thing was the waffle. Parking is behind the building with no back entrance. Not a great walk for a single woman at night. Definitely not worth the $150 a night that was charged. Definitely won’t be staying again.

Bathroom was not clean. As soon as I got to my room I checked the room and someone left a little “gift” in the bathroom toilet that was not flushed. Clear sign that the toilet didn’t get cleaned. I don’t even want to use it at all I felt disgusted

I reserved and paid for a balcony room with spa tub near the bed. When I got there they put me in a room with no balcony and a spa tub in the bathroom. I complained to the owner but he would've do anything about it & told me to call next time.

Checked in April 26th at night. Guy behind desk had zero knowledge of process for check in. He had to call 4 times with questions, while telling me it's a system update and I need to just sit and wait. Check out morning of 27th, breakfast supposed to be at 7am. Multiple guest still waiting at 7:50am with no front desk service or breakfast. While checking out I asked for a check out slip or recipient to show i was checked out on time. The "manager phillip"- as he claimed himself, was extremely rude and hostile about the situation. He told me I could call corporate and then told me he won't give me their number becouse "I work for them not you. Why would I give it to you"

Pool n hot tub not serviced and clean. Pool man uses chemicals n leaves doesn’t empty filters or pool sweeps. Security gate lock for pool doesn’t work. Vagrants come in and bathe in pool. Cost of eggs has gone down, for 2 months no eggs for breakfast, bacon textured like cardboard. The messed up thing is some rooms the tv doesn’t work, but there’s no break in price. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy my time there, and that’s why my review, so they can fix what’s wrong so I will continue to choose this place. I’ve told the day manager several times but nothing changes with the pool. As much as the pool service people make, I’m sure someone else would be more than glad to have this job, that the regular guy won’t do

The pool area is not being serviced by the local hired pool guy. The hot tub filters are always full, I end up emptying them. He pours in chemicals but doesn’t use the pool broom. The hot tub n pool has a bacteria “ring around the tiles. Like dirty bath water. The security gate doesn’t lock. As a result , the homeless use it for bathing.

Outdated and grimy, stained curtains, dull grey towels mold y grout in bathroom did not change sheets or make up bed no room servicing of any kind except for swapping out towels ,absolutely filthy carpet would never return

Horrible service. Arrived and opened up the sofa bed that still had the linen from the past guests. Second night needed toilet paper and they said they would be up with it and they never showed up. Thank God for napkins. Shower was iffy on the hot water. Air conditioner did not work. Nowhere conditioner in the living room. Continental breakfast was horrible. I did not like the owners hanging out side of hotel smoking.

I was visiting my son at Pendleton and this was very convenient for me to get to him quickly. Staff was nice, breakfast was provided with lots of options and room service was there everyday ensuring we had what we needed. I will definitely book again in the future!

The room was clean and quiet. I did not realize I booked the handicapped room and after I got in, I asked to switch to a room with a bathtub since I have a child with me. I was literally one of maybe two people staying at the whole hotel at the time and the front desk staff said no because I booked that room. I felt they were very stiff and unreasonable, but I moved on. The water pressure was absolutely horrendous and even after 15 minutes of letting the water heat up it barely got lukewarm. Then I took my child into the Jacuzzi that was set to about 80° maybe. I literally called from the Jacuzzi and asked them if they could turn up the heat since it was about 55° outside and windy. They said no, and I would have to talk to the manager about literally turning up the temperature on a Jacuzzi. So I give it a one star overall For the lack of customer service. The housekeepers were extremely sweet and very good at their job. Great parking and great destination and good prices, but sadly, the owners are cheapskates.
