The location is good and hotel has fairly recently been updated. Buffet breakfast was very good. And generally the hotel is in good condition, mostly. My one complaint was at night the room was a bit warm. I opened the balcony sliding glass door and there was a nice breeze but the noise from freeway was very loud. So, closed door and tried the AC and that was worse! They really need a new AC in that room. Also, if you stay here try to get a room not facing the freeway.

Staff, I confirmed over the phone an hour before at 8 am to check in at 9:30 that my room would be ready. Upon arrival she said that she made a mistake and that my room would then be ready 3 whole hours later. We were 2 hours from anyone who could get to us so we had to wait on thanksgiving day for 3 whole hours in the lobby. Once we got into our room the cleaning staff would not stop ramming our door with the vacuum. Overall my stay was horrendous, I will not be using holiday inn again.

Breakfast - There should be a better, healthy variety. I did eat the flat eggs, and added my salmon to give the eggs better flavor. There was no hot chocolate available for those of us who do not drink coffee. Good thing I brought my own. Some of the hot food did not look very appetizing . The English muffin with sausage and egg looked tired. The staff needs to be more attentive when containers of food run low, not disappear behind the door until a guest, like myself has to come looking for them, to inform them that certain items need to be refilled. On my last night, (11/16/2025), a large party with children arrived quite late, around 10 p.m. Whoever was in charge of the children, did not keep the children quiet. They were constantly running up and down the hallway. Plus, I was having problems with ants. They kept appearing around the headboard on the bed that my husband was sleeping on. I was not able to contact the desk because I was having to deal with my husband's medical issues. I did report both issues at the front desk on Monday morning while I was checking out. I did find the staff - Desk staff and cleaning maids very helpful, professional and friendly. When I looked out the window (Room 317), I happen to notice that the rain gutter and wooden trim on the building across from me is rotten and is falling off. The trim is in bad repair. In spite of the constant rain, my husband and I did enjoy our stay.
