You get what you pay for. Buyer Beware! Possibly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. First night, I heard everything from neighboring room - conversation, TV, dog. Note: Hotel has no pet policy per website that was known by the front desk but not enforced. Walls were paper thin. Bed sheets were not quality, thus was sticking to the rubber bed mattress pad. Went to the front desk in the morning but sign said, "Out for Lunch, be back shortly." returned an hour or two later and same. 2nd night moved to new room, Cleanliness was not good, same issue with bed sheets/sticky, and gap between door & door frame let noise & light in. While in a nice location to downtown/beach, don't be fooled by the exterior photos of this hotel!

I enjoyed my stay at Oceana. It was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax, and I really appreciated being left alone. Housekeeping was fine and did what was needed without being intrusive. Overall, it was a comfortable and calm place to stay.

Waited 30 minutes to get a room. Got a room and there were people in it. Got another room and it was poorly cleaned. Location was nice and worked well for my buddy and I just in the area for the night but I would not take my family here. Or anyone I even liked a little bit. It was a very funny experience to me but I would not recommend it to… anybody.

Felt like walking into a trap house. Whole place was super dirty, smelled like cigarettes, signs of roaches, mattress was stained, bath mats and towels were mismatched and didn’t seem to have been washed or sanitized. I was asked to sign a paper assuming liability for damages or smoking in the room, but the furniture already had cigarette burns all over the place. I couldn’t even stay the night because of how unsanitary this place was and am currently working on getting a refund

There is a strong unpleasant odor in the room, possibly a weed/damp smell. • The room is located directly next to the stairs, and the noise throughout the night was constant and very disturbing. • Because of the odor and the severe noise, I was unable to sleep at all. I asked for refund for 1 night but they refused so I left early. I just spent one night with them. I couldn’t handle to have the second night with this misery situation.
